Q: How fast will my order arrive?
Most items ship from Estonia with 1–3 business day delivery. EU-stocked items may take 5–7 business days. You’ll always see estimated delivery times at checkout.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, for products shipped from our Estonia partner warehouse. Orders placed before 12:00 can often be delivered the same day (Tallinn & nearby).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within Estonia, Finland, and nearby EU countries. More destinations will be added as we grow. If you need a delivery to specific country then contact us for specific offer.
Products & Stock
Q: How do I know if an item ships from Estonia or the EU?
On every product page, you’ll see a label: “Ships from Estonia” or “EU Stock”.
Q: Are your products tested for Nordic conditions?
Yes — we only stock items that are reliable in cold, wet, or rugged environments. If it’s not practical, we don’t sell it.
Q: Do you restock popular products?
Yes, but some seasonal gear (like winter bundles) is limited. We recommend ordering early, especially before holidays.
Payments & Returns
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfers.
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes — you can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Contact our support team for instructions.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
We’ll replace it free of charge or offer a refund. Just send us a photo and order number.
