Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

• We ship across Estonia, Finland, and nearby EU countries. More destinations will be added as we grow.

How fast is delivery?

• Estonia stock items: 1–3 business days (same-day delivery possible in Tallinn & nearby for orders before 12:00).

• EU stock items: 5–7 business days.

How do I know where my product ships from?

• Every product page clearly shows: “Ships from Estonia” or “EU Stock.”

What are the shipping costs?

• Orders over €99 → Free shipping (Estonia & Finland).

• Orders under €99 → small flat fee, shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

• Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I make a return?

1. Contact us at hello@camplygear.eu with your order number.

2. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

3. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

• If your product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge or refund you. Just send us a photo + order details.
