If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and refund or offer alternatives.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, SEPA transfer.
Payment must be completed before order dispatch.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, and shipping costs.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available in Estonia, Finland, and select EU countries.
Estimated delivery times:
- Estonia stock: 1–3 business days (same-day Tallinn delivery possible).
- EU stock: 5–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout; free shipping applies on orders over €99 (Estonia & Finland).

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal (from delivery date).
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods.
Damaged or faulty items will be refunded or replaced free of charge.

Ensure that shipping details provided are accurate.
Customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes outside the EU (if applicable).
Use products according to instructions — CamplyGear is not liable for misuse.

8. Warranty

Products include manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, misuse, or modifications.
