The Thule Tepui Autana 4-Person Rooftop Tent offers an excellent balance of space, durability, and all-season performance for overlanding families or small groups. Designed for both comfort and rugged use, it includes an extended canopy and a removable annex—giving you extra coverage, privacy, and room to stretch out beyond the tent’s footprint.

Constructed from a coated 600 denier canvas / 260 g poly-cotton blend, the body fabric is treated to be weather-resistant, mold- and UV-retardant—so it holds up well under sun, rain, and harsh conditions. The tent employs a strong frame made from aluminum tubing with a weld-reinforced base, all supported by a sturdy welded aluminum tube base with insulation and an aluminum cap sheet.

When open, the tent spans 310 × 183 × 132 cm, giving a generous sleeping area and interior height maximums (peak headroom ~142 cm) for comfortable sitting inside. When closed, it compacts to a slim profile (122 × 183 × 31 cm), making it useable on vehicles with limited clearance. Inside, a 6.5 cm high-density foam mattress ensures restful sleep, and clever mesh ventilation, panoramic skylights, and windows let you enjoy fresh air and views while keeping insects out.

Storage and usability are well thought out: there are four internal pockets for gear, exterior tie-down points for lamps or small accessories, and mesh panels for airflow control. The annex adds flexibility—you can use it for gear, as a changing room, or extra sheltered space.

Under the hood, the tent handles serious load capacity: it supports a static weight of up to ~295 kg (≈650 lbs) and is stress-tested for wind, climate cycles, and vibration endurance. Whether you're planning extended road trips, multi-season camping, or rugged terrain, the Autana is built to perform reliably while keeping your overnight comfort high.
